So I was at work and this guy who we have on trespassing notice walks in. I immediately see him and recognise him and told my manager that he was the guy. He walks around the store and I was following him, until he spotted me....he came straight to me and started running his mouth. My manager pops around the corner and made him leave, I was so close to smarting off to him but I knew if I was to do that I probably wouldnt have a job anymore.
It's so hard to bite your tongue when it comes to customer service. People ALWAYS assume their right in any situation. But our job is to have a smile on our face and ignore all the dumb things they say.
